Most of the threads on here about Moss Creek are quite old, so I wanted to ask if anyone has current information on the community and what the HOA fees include for the Townhouses for sale there. Thank you.

Quarterly HOA Fees cover maintenance of the common areas, amenities (pools, clubhouse,tennis/basketball courts), and irrigation 3x per week. There is a quarterly fee.

For townhome owners there is also a monthly fee that covers exterior maintenance including lawn/building care.

The nature trails (Hector H. Henry Greenway) were handed over to the city of Concord and they will maintain it. Phase 1 is now open. Here are some pictures of the opening: https://www.flickr.com/photos/concor...7634602916719/

Odell ES & Harris Road MS are inside the community and the assigned HS is Cox Mill. They will be rebuilding the old odell school that is located on Odell School Road outside of Moss Creek and will open for the 2015-2016 school year for grades 3-5 while K-2 will remain at the Odell ES inside the community.

It's a lovely community with plenty of social events planned such as festivals, parades and pool functions.

Hope that helps!
