Hi all! I'm currently in the process of relocating from Miami to Charlotte. Very excited but also somewhat clueless in regards to the night life/ bar life in Charlotte. I'm a seasoned bartender (experienced in high volume night clubs, restaurants, and sports bars). Hoping someone can give me some insight as to where I should apply..i.e. popular, reputable establishments. I'm open to any type of bar/restaurant. Thanks in advance to any input!

These are the highest volume places that I've experienced personally:
epicenter (suite, blackfinn, rooftop 210, bubble... there are many places in this complex but these are consistently full on weekends)
music factory (label, texicali)
oak room (couple other places in south end)
prohibition/sip
roxbury, 5 church, dandelion market, phil's tavern
montford road (southpark area)(multiple venues with big crowds)
peculiar rabbit, soul gastropub (plaza midwood)
blind pig (NoDa)

some of these areas might have a more fratty/preppy/yuppy type of crowd. not sure what your ideal audience is; I would check each one out to see if it's where you'd feel comfortable.
