I was genuinely saddened by its closing, especially considering what has replaced it... Do you think the company may ever try the Charlotte market again? Perhaps at Phillips Place or Northlake?

That's a name I haven't heard in years actually. Didn't even know they had a store. What replaced them?

The store was split into two spaces. Armani Collezioni took one space and Hartmann Luggage took the other...

It's interesting that you say you didn't know they had a Charlotte location. A lot of people have said the exact same thing.

To be honest, it's a brand I haven't worn or thought of in years so I never looked it up. If they closed due to low sales in South Park, they won't make it anywhere else. I doubt they will come back.

That's a store that thrives only in big, wealthy markets like New York, Boston, or SF.

This is what an anonymous blogger had to say:

Ralph Lauren was between Louis Vuitton and Neiman Marcus. I thought the store did decent, but considering all of the department stores sell the brand, and they didn't have a large selection of Black/Purple labels, it doesn't surprise me. It was basically all Polo, and Women's had a few Black Label items. The sales associates at this store were very nice, however.
