However I apparently misunderstood what you said so I apologise for misrepresenting your words. But......
This is a business transaction, not a popularity contest. I don't see why the buyer & seller should even meet until the closing unless the buyer specifically asks for it. Unless you have a clause in the contract that specifically states a pointless goal of "getting the seller & buyer to like each other" and puts in a financial remedy in case it doesn't happen, then it's really nothing more than perfume on a pig.
It's not fighting for the buyer because exactly the same thing would happen without the contract.
