Belmont - Eagle Park community reviews needed (Gastonia, Gaston: school districts, subdivision)

Does anyone live in or know anyone who lives in the Eagle Park subdivision of Belmont, NC? I am curious if there are a lot of children in the area? I am assuming yes because it offers parks and swimming and the school is very close by. And, if you know anything about the community, your opinions/reviews are appreciated!

Tons of children and getting larger. Lots of families and professionals. Great area and easy connection into CLT or Gastonia. good school districts. My wife and I ended up on Cramer Mountain as we wanted a bit bigger and larger lots. But I have several friends that are there and really like it.

Also, there are many organized family activities/group socials through the year. I definitely would have no problem living there, and I've suggested it to several of my professional friends that are in the market.
