Not necessarily, but I noticed what other properties RC has - and so many are a definite non-comparison. So I thought perhaps Denver might give you a closer idea than say - San Francisco.
I have never lived in Denver - only stayed in Denver on short term assignments (6 mos. or less) and my understanding is that the real estate is more expensive than here in the CLT region. However, I have done no studies and have not looked up stats to verify just how different it is. Just seemed a more likely comparison than most cities having RC properties.
Just guessing - I would assume the properties would go for $1M up. Or perhpas $850,000 up. All a guess, based on having stayed in RC properties in other cities and assuming they will be as nicely appointed.
The realtors on this board will most likely have more info than I. Just hated no one was answering your inquiry.
So thought I would at least offer what tiny bit I could.
Have you been to the site yet?
