'Carolina Maniacs' a movie i made about 2 serial killers on the loose in Charlotte North Carolina based on a true story (to live in, summer)

this is a movie I made with the sims 2 about these 2 serial killers on the loose in Charlotte North Carolina.
It's called CAROLINA MANIACS!

and it's actually based on a true story!
but the true story didn't happen in North Carolina, it actually happened in Ukraine: [url]https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dnepropetrovsk_maniacs[/url]
^these two 19 year old boys went insane one summer and went around killing everyone with hammers and ended up killing 22 people in 2 weeks before they were caught. they also filmed themselves killing people and one video actually leaked online!

the video i made is about a 13 year old boy named joe who post a lot of scary videos on youtube, which end up attracting the wrong attention when two 25 year old guys discover the videos and decide to go on a killing spree in Charlotte NC, then they cross paths with joe who happens to live in Charlotte, and then they add him to their 'hit list' and all hell breaks loose.

Anyhow, what if something like this actually did happen in Charlotte North Carolina? how realistic are the events of this movie compared to what you think actually would happen if 2 hammer wielding serial killers were on the loose in the city?
