i believe making her drive alot multiple times a day ( even make up small trips to the store if you gotta .. ) before the move. is worth considering

get that extra seat time in a familiar area

BINGO! DING DING DING! We have a winner. Overly aggressive borderline road rage drivers from NJ/NY/CT that is where 99% of this comes from. The huge influx of Yankees into the area from the north east.

You are absolutely right. I’m amazed every day with red light and stop sign running. It did not use to be this way.
