Check out a little known neighborhood called Bishops Ridge. Not a lot on the market there, but for a reason. Check it out.....

Do you have a realtor?

We were very specific with our realtor when we moved here. We feel like we are a bit hard to please as we have very specific ideas about what we want in a home and it is not what most people are looking for. Add to that the fact that I was more interested in the house size and DH was more interested in the land size, and it was not easy.

But a good realtor can help you find a house that will suit your specific needs.
