Ehere can I get my ink cartridges refilled? (Charlotte: buy, store)

Some walgreens Drugstore that have a photo processing center will do it, but there can be a color compatibility problem, even with mainstream cartridges like HP. There's also an attitude problem at some of them. The "technicians" sit and gab to each other then tell you to come back in an hour, and an hour later, it's still not filled and they're still gabbing instead of working.
WalMart will refill Canon without issue. Some Costco and Sam's store will do them. If you google Charlotte printer ink cartridges, you'll find a bunch of them. I've found that some of them don't fill the cartridge to capacity.
I've tried filling my own with some success, but I got sick of the mess. Since I print mostly B&W business documents, I bought a Brother laser printer and a couple of BLACK toner cartridge through eBay. If I need color, I take the JPGs to a color printer. I could probably swap out the B&W toner cartridge with a color one if I want.
Thanks for the reply... btw do you know of any particular Walgreens location that refills cartridges? Called the one near my place and they don’t do it. Also you mentioned that you purchased cartridges from ebay, which seller did you buy from? I didn’t have luck with the remanufactured cartridge I bought from EBay a while back.
Any Walgreen's that has a photo lab will refill your cartridge, provided that the zombie wearing a lab coat and a badge isn't permanently out to lunch.
