retail concrete supplier in town? (Charlotte: for sale, general contractor, stores)

I have started building decorative concrete objects as a hobby, and was wondering if anyone knew of a supplier in town that would have white concrete, concrete fortifiers, concrete stains, and fiber reinforcment for sale. The big box stores dont sell this stuff, and it seems most of the places i have found online only sell to general contractors or in large quantities. Does anyone know a place I can get this stuff?

Have you tried calling Concrete Supply in Charlotte? If not, it never hurts to ask.
