Anyone familiar with these towns and how they stack up?

Pros or cons of these town?

Trying to find a town 30 mins or less from Matthews and at most an hour to Pineville.

We rank Indian Land area on the top of price

Midland 2nd

Monroe 3rd

Lake Wylie 4th

Locust 5th

Locust seems to the the farthest out. Few people have recommended the town.

Trying to find a place where has a town center that’s walkable. Also be close to amenities like major grocery store, Walmart, and a movie theater in 15 minutes or less. 30 mins from a college and about 30 mins from a mall. 20 mins from a hospital.

Look forward to the feedback

Thanks!
Mint Hill?

What's your price range?

I may be late to this party , but I agree with most that the best option by far is Monroe.
