HVAC Recommendation Ruud Vs Trane (Charlotte, Raleigh: 2013, house, inspection)

We are trying to decide between a Trane and Ruud.

Trane 14 seer with furnace installation - $11k
RUUD 14 Seer with furnace installation - $11k

The pricing includes the following -
1. Remove existing system/disposing.
2. Installing 2 new AC and 2 Furnaces with Evaporator Coils , new drain pan and will be using the existing duct work.
3. Pull permits/inspection
4. Both will come with 10 year warranty from the RUUD/Trane for compressor and parts.
1 year labor warranty from the installer.

Any thoughts on these systems?
