Nice, quiet lounges to meet someone (Charlotte, King: hotel, live in, shopping center)

Hello. I now live in the Rock Hill area and I’m not very familiar with places in Charlotte where a man can meet and greet with a woman in a laidback environment that isn’t too loud and rowdy. I’d prefer to meet somewhere in South Charlotte or, better yet, in Pineville, but I really don’t know what places would meet those qualifications. Any ideas?
