Rentals- 15 min drive of south park mall (apartments, condos)

Any recommendations for a rental that’s within a 15 min drive of southpark mall.
Something safe for a single female, 1 bedroom, with a nice fitness center, parking.
Hopefully in a quiet area. Open to apartments and condos and townhomes.
Monthly rent no higher than $1400 with some utilities included hopefully.

Heathstead Condos if you can get into one. Updates are hit or miss due then being condos. And some don’t have washer dryer but they have two facilities so it’s easy.

I lived there a few years ago, 3 minutes from the mall, very quiet, excellent hidden gem if you ask me and the rent and prices are always below average. I absolutely loved it and I am pretty picky.
