Hi All,
Looking to move to Marshville (near 205 & Ansonville rd).
I work in Matthews, I'm relocating from Fort Mill, looking for more rural & more property.
Anyone familiar with this area? Crime, etc?

I used to go thought that intersection once a week back 8 or 10 years ago. Pretty much out in the country. The property owner on the northeast corner used to collect old outbuilding, sheds, and single room cabins. Always seemed to be a quiet rural area outside of Marshville and Wingate proper.
That will be a pretty long commute into Matthews, especially if you keep normal work hours.
Two things I know about Marshville: Randy Travis is from there and there is a great BBQ joint in the town. I know as I have stopped there my way to OD (Ocean Drive aka N. Myrtle Beach). Oh yea, it is closer to the beach too.
