Is anyone familiar with this development? If so, what are people's thoughts? What percentage of the community has been built to date?

Thanks

I think the development is nice but my concern for a potential buyer are the low end homes right across the street. There are many other developments to pick from in more ideal areas. Just my 2 cents.

This is a brand new John Weiland Development - they just had their first two families move into the neighborhood. This community will be a total of 440 homes - with 4 being completed by August or September. Like the previous post - Eastfield is right across the street with the price point being in the mid 150's. There are seveal others to choose from - if you like John Weiland, have you checked out Firethorne thats located in South Charlotte??

Firethorne is in Union County and in SC...if you are looking to build, the only lots they have left are on the SC side.
