Hi all,

Is there a good website for neighbourhoods with builders still constructing houses in south charlotte? Most sites I go to just list completed construction MLS listings

Is the best way just to try figure out the builders and go to their websites individually?

I have a garmin auto GPS and also would like to load all the neighbourhoods on it and have had limited success with google maps. I would hate to do them all on the gps

Thanks

Usually most builders have all neighborhoods throughout the U.S. where they are building listed on their websites.

You might also be able to contact a realator and ask if they know about new construction in the area and provide a list of builders.

And Ayrsley, where we are moving shortly, still has ongoing construction.

Most new neighborhoods are not on GPS yet. I would suggest getting a New Home Guide (I send them out with relocation kits) which lists most new construction in the area.
