I'm looking for a cheap shoe outlet where I can get some nice men's dress shoes under retail prices. Is there anything near the university?

Payless Shoes is near Concord Mills, that's not too far from the University

They won't be brand name, but they will look great. My teenagers feet have grown so fast over the last few years that I would have gone broke it I had to buy him really nice brand name men's dress shoes every time he needed them! Payless has saved my bank account, LOL!
