You could always check to see if they owe back taxes on the property

Looks like they owe property taxes dating back to 2006. They made a few payments, but never paid off the entire bill. Honestly though, they owe less than $1k, so I can't see this being something that gets them out of there

well you pay the $1000 then foreclose on them. If they do not pay you end up the owner of the property. If they are being a pain as bad as you say they are you can do it back but in a legal way.

Forgive me, this isn't directed at anyone in particularly but I LOATHE the seizing a home based on paying back taxes. Yes, I know it's done a lot, and yes *someone* is going to do it- so why not nice people right?

Can't you at least attempt to appeal these to people whom ever they are. Yes, you're probably going to be told to mind your own biz but at least try that before contemplating taking someones house no matter how they've kept it for less than $1K.

I agree.... I am not a big fan of this either. I have left many deals on the table as I do not think this is right. However knowing the background on this story I could almost sleep well at night......

Miker, you would have to go back and read some old threads to understand the scum crack dealers he is dealing with - there is no reasoning with those kinds of people.
