Let's share some pictures we have of the Charlotte area for prospective residents so they can get a "feel" for the area. There are many posts of people wanting to know about areas of CLT, so this would be a great way to let them see the area from our perspective. Post pictures of neighborhoods, parks, Uptown, rail, etc. I have posted a few of these before, but I will add new ones in the next few weeks.

^I think we can get a few people to post Ani. We may have to bribe them with some of your Bloody Mary's lol.

I host my pictures on Photobucket for free. Just create an account at Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket and upload your pictures. When you have that done, under each photo there is a link for forums. Copy and paste that link into your thread and that's it. there is a way to post by uploading to the forum, but i never do it that way. Maybe someone else can explain that one.
PEYTON!!! how very kind of you to share more pix!! I think we should all contribute. Maybe I will even get out and about and take some pix. These are so descriptive!
Come on, C-D members! Let's post pix of CLT and surrounding area - and of your neighborhoods, as well!
Gosh thanks for the compliments . I'm nowhere close to "pro" but thanks for the boost! There are some great threads on other online forums with complete "photo tours" of the different neighborhoods and sections of Charlotte. If I had time, I would do that. I know other people have pictures they take around town!
..here's an aerial of the US National Whitewater Center...
Awesome shot! That had to be a huge ladder you used. The Whitewater Center is BIG! I am going to have to go check it out soon before it gets too cold.
