I agree but I have some concerns about the water this year once again! Please let us get some of that much needed rain!!!

You really don't need a HUGE garden to get plenty of vegetables this year...

My garden is basically 25sq ft. Enough for a couple of tomato, cucumber and bean plants to last me through the summer & early fall.....

It really doesn't take that much water in the grand scheme of things, and I also collect rain water in a tub on the side of my house that I use every once in awhile...

Now if your going to plant a 1/4 acre garden, well that's another story...

Our garden is about the size of yours and it is plenty for us. So far, we are on a well, we haven't had water issues but I know about the restrictions using city water. I have heard many people are using those rain barrels so you are right---if you want it and are willing to put out that extra effort the end product is well worth it!!
