You guys have posted some bug photos, so I thought I would share.

Bugs don't bother me. It's the slugs worthy of a starring role in a horror movie that get to me. Found this guy in my garage the other day. I threw down a piece of mail so I could document the size ((Shudder)) I picked him up with a shovel...have you ever seen how they shrivel up? Ewww. I put him out on the driveway, where I hope he turned into a protein-rich meal for some large bird!!

You know you are at home in this state when you step out on your back deck barefoot at night and step on and squeezes between your toes.

Slugs are easy. Put a couple of meat trays in the garden. Pour beer to the top. Slugs LOVE beer & they're lousy drunks & drown in it.

I know but salting in the garden can effect plants. If some beer gets spilled, it will feed the plants.
