Yes, I would call Irish Creek "upscale" but that size house for 450k, not really upscale.

Obviously education is important to you. Why not buy in an older neighborhood and get the "better" schools? Which is more important, your kids' education or having a brand-new home?

Everyone has to decide for themselves, like I've said before in regards to private schools: sometimes you have to sacrifice lifestyle niceties for the best interest of your family.

Lennar at Litchfield Villiage maybe. Start at 400k for the larger all brick homes
