What do you think of them. I hear that if your house doesn't sale in 180days they will buy it from you. Is this true.

I'm need to relocate very fast to chrlotte, I'm selling a home in winston-salem. Is ERA better than Allentate, because that's who I was going to go with.

What else do ERA offer.

From what I understand, ERA will buy it from you for a percentage of the market value -- I would call and ask them to explain the program to you in detail so you can better decide which company to list with.

ERA is a national chain with local offices, not sure if franchises or what.

I hope it's not a TOS issue to do this, but check out this link to the FAQ section of their website: Real Estate, ERA Real Estate - Properties for Sale

If I was in no hurry to sell, I'd consider this program (depending on how they determine "assessed value".) In my relocation experiences, an average of 3 appraisals is used to reach the appraisal value amount. This plan would offer to buy at 90% of that amount. Hmmm... not bad.
