LOVE the Bailey middle school and the school officials we met with said they were building a high school next door. I would love to look into home communities in that area! Can you please send me info on any and all communities. Able to spend up to $425,000. prefer to build or purchase newer home.

There's a house on Bailey Rd that is right across the street from the middle school for $450k. It comes with 5 acres of land. Wow.

I think Northstone feeds Bailey Middle School. We have several friends that live in that neighborhood and they love it.

Go to the Allen Tate Website and enter Northstone in the neighborhood search box. There are currently 54 homes for sale in Northstone.
