Hello there,
We're considering a move to the Moorseville area and are looking for new home subdivisions. We'd like to spend around 450K (give or take 50K or so), not picky about land amount - no less than .25 acres. We'd also like a community with ammenities - ie. pool, clubhouse, etc. Schools are a major concern but I've been reading good things about the schools in that area in general. We have children - ages 6, 10 and 13, so we'd like a wide range of kids ages (although this is probably hard to measure in a new neighborhood).

Thanks for any suggestions! Take care.

Check out the new neighborhoods going up off of Langtree (the new exit 32 on I-77). This is where the mega Langtree by the Lake will be. Would be killer for resale value!

Yep, lots of red dirt being moved for Legacy Village & Langtree. Also, Foxfield (Trotter Brothers) is still building more homes. Don't know if they have a community pool or not. You will be in the Iredell/Statesville school district there (Mt.Mourne & LKN HS) for any of those communities.

In the Mooresville Graded School district, there's Northbridge (MI Homes) & Wellsley East (St.Lawrence Homes) in that price range. Also, Niblock Homes just opened a new subdivision called Ashlyn Creek. The model home is gorgeous! I know they will have a pool, club house & play area.

Good Luck!
