My husband and I will be moving to Cabarrus County (probably Concord or Kannapolis) but will probably work in Charlotte. I will be teaching students from various language backgrounds. I am not sure if Charlotte has areas that are exclusively or predominantly Hispanic, Asian, or other ethnicities, so I really don't know specifically what area I will work in, thus I will have to work at a school that has a diverse population. Based on that information can someone tell me about the commute time and traffic patterns to Charlotte from Cabarrus County if you can "guesstimate" the areas I may work in? I will also have 2 babies that have to go to daycare, so I will have to decide if I should put them in child care near my home or my job. Any info would be helpful!

CharlotteAgent -

How long is the commute to Charlotte from Waxhaw - to 100 North Tryon St.? I can't really tell from mapquest because it can't find the developments yet I think. We are looking at Lawson or possibly Cureton. Want to stay within 30 minutes of work. Thanks
