Can anyone tell me what are the new subdivisions in Huntersville, if I want to buy a new house?

Thanks.

Well where to start

Price range obviously is key.

There is in no particular order

Skybrook
Centennial
Rosedale (built out now)
Gilead Ridge
Mirrebella (spelling)
Vermillion
Olmsted
Riverdale
Latta Springs
Biltmore park

There also looks to be some other neighborhoods coming up.

Hope this helps some. Its all I could think off

I am really impress how Vermillion is coming along some real nice houses and I think three different type of builders. It has so progress since last autumn. I use to be able to go to the shops within there at ease and now I get lost due to all the development going on.
Also go down the road there is some spanking new developments further down Huntersville Concord Road.
