I wonder if Sephora might have it? They are showing various compounds with sea salt online - but they all have fragrance.

Here is a company that sells 1 lb. for $5. so at least that would not be too big an investment if it doesn't help you.

Dead Sea Salt (Medium) - FNWL

The national psoriasis foundation sponsors this site, and you may find some good info there . . . looked pretty helpful . . .

Great Link and they offer free shipping which is very sweet.

I also like that they carry large bags 60lb 120lb and 240lb

I think I will start with the 60 lb shown since the other two would break my back trying to get them up the stairs to the bathroom.

The Dead Sea has been a source of interest for thousands of years, as it is a remarkable place, and people have been bathing in its waters for health benefits for centuries. It is possible to find pure Dead Sea salts for sale, along with a number of products which incorporate the salts. Study on the composition of the Dead Sea has suggested that its unique salts may indeed carry health benefits, especially for people with skin conditions such as psoriasis.
Every time I go to Concord Mills, I am aproached by annoying individuals pushing Dead Sea products. I simply ask why would I want to buy something from a water source at which nothing can live? I guess all places have special area that offer mysterious remedies like the miracles of the Catawba River waters.
