Im looking for black hair salons with black stylists in nice areas in Charlotte, Matthews, or Concord.

1, I dont like stylist whoput greas in your hair
2.they must have pics or previous heads they have done
3. Must know howto precisly cut hair ( I dont like it when they just comb it all down , and cut across. I want them to get all in my hair )
4. So if you know of any in theses areas, please let me know.

I relocated from CA, and seeking Black salon in Charlotte using quality products...NOT DESIGN products...any thoughts?
