Apartment/room over garage

We looked at this one about 3 weeks back in Eastover. It had a small apartment, with a kitchen and bathroom over the carport. It is still showing as active in the MLS. It has a separate rear entrance. Good luck with your search.

To expand on this question, in general, is it difficult to located qualified, licensed and competent contractors to add a garage to a home?

Any recommendations/referrals and/or ideas on pricing? Any websites with examples?
