I used Zazzle to design a shirt for my brother, and I was very pleased with it- I was afraid it would silly and cheap, but it was great!

On the plus side - it is very neat that you can bump into people all over the place - it really lets you have a "small town" feel.
Yes, and you are my favorite person to bump into CD!

I have a question on etiquette, everyone on this board has been so helpful and some are real estate agents who have been very helpful. but i do have some family in charlotte and they reccomended an agent to me not from this board. now is it insulting to work with that agentand not the people who have been kind on this board. I dont want to insult anyone.

Hi Mike. I don't think it is insulting at all. The realtors who come here are very nice and knowledgable, but I don't think they come here just to stir up businss for themselves. I feel sure that while they would love your business, if you go with someone your family has recommended that is perfectly understandable. So, while some might be disappointed, no one would be insulted
