They both have suburbs...Reno has mountains nearby and Lake Tahoe nearby, Charlotte has Kings Mountain and Lake Norman nearby. Reno has gambling, Charlotte has lotto and a few poker nights at private suburban residences..Reno is the Biggest Little City in the World, Charlotte is the Queen City...are they similar?

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA - I hear they both get good weather
I'm not sure....People call Reno the "Gambling Mecca"...I think that Charlotte should be work hard to attract more of those Gamblers....
Well, while we are putting in that new aquarium to attract tourists, why not just re-route Lake Norman and put a few gambling boats in? Easy enuff . . .
Let's stop being naive...Reno has like 64 lane highways...and look look at their skyline, you can take a picture of their skyline from 4 different angles...Charlotte has like what maybe one angle...we're all living in a 2D trafficless city people!!!
Plus stars I mean hasn't Charlotte understood that we're living in the 21st century and need to put as many skyscrapers and create as much light pollution as humanly possible?

I opened this thread, hoping so much it was a joke. Thank goodness!
Reno and Charlotte, two peas in a pod. From my experience, Reno is a perfect place to chain-up for a climb through the mountains to Tahoe.
Just like Charlotte.
