We relocated from Buffalo NY & always liked the pizza there at Bocce Club Pizza on Bailey Ave. Looking for pizza this Super Bowl Sunday but not the thin crust type. We already know about some good places near Huntersville, but now live in the Southpark Mall area near Fairview Rd & Sharon Rd. Recommendations for pizza in that area?
Would be great to hear from other relocated Buffalonians about this!

Luisa's MOST DEFINATELY for thin crust. Not sure about thick crust. Most places here are NY style. In regards to chain's there is a Donato's in southpark area. Also you have California Pizza kitchen for gourmet.

Brixx (on Fairview) is more european brick oven style (which I also like), but try a pie at Brooklyn Pizza Parlor at Colony Place (about 5 mins from Southpark). I recommend the Nona's Pie (recommended to me from many NY transplants here) - it is awesome.
