We saw a big cloud of black smoke across the lake from where we stood near Blythe Landing. Looking at google map, it appears that what we were looking at was at the end of the Peninsula, not all the way across the lake to Denver. So what was burning? The last time we saw a cloud of black smoke near the lake a boat had exploded while fueling.

We were on the lake tonight. We saw it too, we were out by the pt, but it could have been over on the peninsula. We didn't go that far South. The lake was pretty choppy and windy.
