Charlotte current mortgage rates (refinance, closing, closing costs)

I know this topic has come up a lot, but I am ready to refinance now & am looking for the best rate of course with no points/low closing costs. Has anybody refinanced within the past few weeks in the Charlotte area & care to share your rate/closing costs?
