Hi, any suggestions of some nice communities in the Ballanytne area, possibly in the 350-450 range. Looking for at least a 4bed/3ba home. Any suggestion, please welcome. Thank you

Are you sure the pricing for that home is correct??? That blows my mind! We were looking in the Williamsburg Raintree area at first, and there was nothing "decent" to be had for under $400,000! Especially not a five bedroom home! If that info is correct, that house is a great deal!

Is there an annual fee to live in Raintree or a one time fee? How would you rate Thornhill to the other communties?

Community golf
Community recreation facilities
Community swimming pool(s)

Pretty sure there is an HOA, which means yearly or quartly fees.

I'm not a realtor (there aren't too many of those on here trying to get business are there?????) but I can tell you there is no end to the number of nice houses in Ballantyne for that money. Don't limit yourself just to those mls numbers you're given. You need to have a look for yourself.
