7 Mile commute up providence takes 30 mins.

20 mile commute to fort mill takes 35 mins, draw your own conclusions on that one.

I think there quit a few rentals just take a drive around even a some empties that could possibly be approached.

Yes, this neighborhood, Old Farm, is off of Providence Rd right across from the Jewish Community Center.

I have a family that I am donating time to this week in this area I can take pictures of some of the homes and semi-completed remodeled homes if you guys are interested. A few are amazing.
