We will be going to closing hopefully in the next 2 weeks, i was wondering if anyone can recommend a good home warranty and a good cleaning service. I want to have the house professionaly cleaned before we move in.

I've always had really good luck with Old Republic warranties. They send me these cards everytime a client uses their services and has an item covered. Sometimes I'm floored by what people have to claim and they end up paying out.
