Hi all Wondering does anyone know the price range for rental homes and townhomes near blankney and off rea road We are also looking right off 51 in matthews. Thanks for any info!

Between $1200 and $1600 for a townhouse.

Rent ranges differs and could be as high as $2500. I saw some listed higher than $3,000. Go to Craigslist and type blakeney in the search and you will see the different prices for the area.

We rented a 4br 3bath in that area for $2000 a month awhile back.
