Every site that has foreclosure information seems to be a subscription service.

Any there any free sites?

Have you tried going to bank websites and looking at the bank owned properties?

I know BoA has a pretty big listing. Not sure about the others.

Fannie Mae REO Homes For Sale - HomePath.com is a list of Fannie Mae foreclosures.
If you go to bank sites they might also have lists of their properties.
HUD.Gov is great for Charlotte listings.

I had a link to a blog with different bank links but it's not on this laptop, I will try to find it and post later

The best site is going to be a direct feed from our local MLS.

Any bank owned, VA, or HUD property will 99.9% of the time have a listing in MLS. Many of the banks websites and gov't sites don't update very often and the info is not current and/or accurate.

Keep in mind if you find something your interested in make sure to ask what the status is of the property before wasting a bunch of time on it. Many of the distressed sales right now have multiple offers on them.
