Looking for a few good places for bargains-doesn't have to be high end furniture. What stores would be good for this? Thanks.

Take a drive on 321 towards Lenoir, loads of mom and pops furniture stores between Hickory and Lenoir.

I second the advice to head up HWY 321. You can hit the funiture mart in hickory but you'll pay full price vs. the discounted stores up 321.
