Hello everyone. To paraphrase the Stone Temple Pilots: August, back from the dead.
Anyway, I'm doing some apartment research in South Charlotte and have come across a Swan Run Apartments. It's situated in the area carved out by Rea, Providence, and 51. The CMPD Crime Mapper doesn't show it as a hot bed of activity, which I can appreciate, and the rent seems palatable. A search on apartmentratings.com reveals one review, which is positive, yet leaves me a little flat. It seems genuine enough though, as we all know there's some disgruntled renters and suspiciously rosy reviews there.
A friend of mine used to live there a few years ago. She really enjoyed it.
