Hello

Reading several threads I've learned the "Fairies Farms" subdivision has some negative issues... But I've seen a subdivision which appears to be nice. It's called "The Woodlands". Does anyone know if it has a good reputation in regards to the crime rate, HOA, etc? I wouldn't mind purchasing a home there.
I would greatly appreciate your feedback

Hum.... more sq ft for the money = poorly built and lots of items to fix or replace after 5 years. Great for a starter home or if you have a large family and average income needing more room for your dollar. Talk to a Realtor this is one of those cases where they would be the most helpful when they are working for you. That doesn't mean call the realtor whose name is on the sign out front, call your own who will represent your best interest. A Realtor can sell you any home no matter whose name is on the sign they will just have to split the commission between brokers. Good luck and bring your poker face ....

There appear to be several neighborhoods called "The Woodlands". One for instance is in Concord and another is off of Sunset. Give us a general idea which one you are talking about and you might get some more info.
