I am considering moving into The Chimneys and wanted to find out about any HOA functions that take place in the community/club house. I was told some things take place at the club house....can anyone fill me in with more details.
thanks.Wanted to know how social of a neighborhood it was. Feel free to share anything else with me.
Before we purchased in our community we would come, park our car at the clubhouse, then just walk around the community. When we saw people outside we would talk to them, ask them how they liked living there, and so on. If you're local, may want to try that.
Otherwise, if you're building, the builder can give you the info you are looking for.
The Chimneys is extremely social. There is regular girls night Bunco/ Left Right Center, Poker night (officially open to all but really a guys night), fall festival coming up, easter egg hunt, etc. Lots of folks host home show that really turn into socials. Most folks are from out of state so are looking to make new friends. Tons of kids of all ages. Feel free to PM me if you have more questions.
