we are in Sherrills Ford, just next to Denver. I like the peaceful area and the close proximity to the lake. Denver is the next booming area of Lake Norman, invest now before its too late!

Thanks SuperchargedSS,

We were trying to decide whether to put a hold on the lot .... we really liked the area. If you relocated, where from?

we relocated from Ft.Lauderdale, FL. We are actually right on Lake Norman right off of HWY 150 near Sherrills Ford Rd. We love it out here. Not exactly crowded with all the shops and stores like it is in Mooresville, but its close enough that if we need something we can just take a 10 minute drive over there and get what we need.

I think Denver would be a great investment if you get in now. Once they finish building the new HWY 16, that place is going to go way up in value.

All my neighbors were relocaters too. Two of us from FL and one from Michigan. They just listed 5 houses for sale in our area too that were just completed, so we're hoping for some more relocated folks.

If you have anymore questions, feel free to PM me!

Quite sure Salem Springs is in Lincolnton, isn't it just off the lake -- Club Drive maybe, 2-3miles off of 73? I've customers there, came from Boston. Have to watch for darainage issues, Brookwood has been weak on those. Moderator cut: realtor solicitation

Another great area is Norman Pointe off of Webbs Chapel road in Denver, NC...Its a high end neighbor, close to the new 16 and lots are a great value.. It is a water community..Don't miss out on this neighborhood. You could also store your boat at an area in the neighborhood if you do not buy on the water.
