I need to help an individual who is on the lookout for any stimulus money related retraining program in accountancy, paralegal or field of computer technology.

Are you saying you have some open positions and can hire folks in those fields due to getting stimulus money? Or are you saying - you yourself would like to get a job?

Sorry Ani for not being succinct and clear on my post. This is for an assistant of mine who is out of a permanent job and now looking to retrain for better days ahead but can't pay from own pocket. Hope that is better put. Any info will be appreciated.
