different people have different definitions of tinsel.
If yours is the silver strands that drape on the tree limbs then you can find that just about anywhere.
I have seen it at Walgreens, Lowes Home Improvement and Kmart.
I will look again. I could not find any last year and have not seen any this year yet. I have tried Lowes, Walmart, Micheals. Maybe they just don't have it in Lincoln County.

ROFLMAO! Yes, I grew up calling garland tinsel, but in South Jersey & Philly Icicles were called tinsel.
