We are looking for a reputable home inspector for a pre-drywall inspection and the final home inspection? I am not from the area and any help would be greatly appreciated.

We didn't need a pre-drywall inspection, as we purchased an existing home. But the inspector we hired was amazing! We were sooo impressed with his report: ALMEGA inspection Services, LLC, e-mail @ terry@almegainspections.com

Anyone know roughly how much it would cost for a pre-drywall and final inspection for a approx 2000sqft new home?

We used Bruce King. He did a good job for us.

I have the same sq foot house and the price for pre-drywall with crawlspace is 325. the final inspection 325. that is if i go with bruce king who has a website you should go to. it is www.BAKinghomeinspections.com I have heard only good feedback with satisfied customers. Let me if you hear better.
